Victory in Nilambur but still a sad day for Aryadan Shoukath; father's brother Aryadan Mammu passes away

NILAMBUR: Former minister Aryadan Mohammed's brother Aryadan Mammu passed away. He was 71 years old. He was undergoing treatment for age-related ailments. Aryadan Mammu was always with Aryadan Mohammed as a guide. Mammu's death come on the day Aryadan Mohammed's son Aryadan Shoukath won the by-election.

Wife: Zainaba, children: Reshma, Jishma, Rizwan. Sons-in-law: Mujeeb Athimannil, Sameer, Ayesha Lubina. The body will be kept for public homage at Aryadan Mohammed's residence from 5.30 pm today. Aryadan Shoukath wrote on Facebook about the news of the demise of Mammu, called Bapu by his family members

'Dear Bapu is also gone. Our Bapu is the one who wished the most for this change that has happened to Nilambur now, for the victory of the UDF, for this recognition. After Kunjakka's passing, Bapu was not his younger brother, but rather a shadow to our family like Kunjakka. That shadow has also faded. The funeral will be held at the Mukatta Valiya Juma Masjid graveyard at 9:30 pm tonight.
