Woman pillion rider dies after Taurus lorry hits bike in Alappuzha

ALAPPUZHA: A young woman died tragically after being hit by a Taurus lorry while riding pillion in a bike in Alappuzha on Sunday. Esther (27), the wife of Jomon, of Thachara house in Aroor, died in the accident that took place at around 9:30 this morning in Thuravoor.

The dead body was moved to a morgue at the Arookutty Government Hospital.
