Youth Congress marches towards police officer's house in Thrissur, security beefed up

THRISSUR: Youth Congress intensified its protest against the police officials accused of custodial torture of V S Sujith, a Youth Congress leader from Thrissur. The Youth Congress Madakkathara Mandal Committee led a march to the house of the accused Sajeevan, who now works at Thrissur West Station.

The activists came with posters with photos of the four accused policemen. The activists also put up these posters on nearby walls. Following the incident, police beefed up security at Sajeevan's house.
