NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has rejected the plea filed by the family of former ADM Naveen Babu seeking a CBI inquiry into his death. A bench comprising Justices Sudhanshu Dhulia and K Vinod Chandran dismissed the plea filed by Manjusha, widow of Naveen Babu.
All cases can be left for CBI investigation. An investigation has been conducted in the case on abetment to suicide. The court also pointed that matters including this issue were considered. A very brief hearing was held in the court. Senior advocate Sunil Fernandes and advocate M R Ramesh Babu appeared for Manjusha.
