'Extremely happy to be part of this'; Actress Anusree attends Palakkad MLA's project

PALAKKAD: Actress Anusree participated in the foundation stone laying ceremony of a new house being built under MLA Rahul Mamkootathil’s 'Smile Bhavanam' project. 'Smile Bhavanam' is the MLA's project that builds and provides houses to deserving families in the Palakkad constituency. Anusree said that she was extremely happy to be a part of the project that will help make the dreams of many turn into a reality.

Rahul Mamkootathil said that the lifelong aspiration of many families in the Palakkad constituency is being realised through this project. Rahul Mamkootathil expressed his gratitude to the actress for coming all the way to Palakkad and collaborating in this program.

Actor Asif Ali came to inaugurate the first house of the Smile Housing Project. After that, actor Saiju Kurup also came as the chief guest. The latest was Tanvi Ram, who attended the event a few weeks back. Now Anumol arrived at the ceremony.

“During the election, many asked me what I would do if I became MLA. I responded that I will build houses for those deserving families. I have done my part.” Said Rahul Mamkootatahil. The MLA said that the catalyst for the initiative was the tour he made around the town, where he spotted many decrepit houses made using sheets and tarpaulins.
