Actor and anchor Rajesh Keshav remains in critical condition after suffering a cardiac arrest. Now, his friend and film activist Prathap Jayalakshmi has shared an emotional note expressing hope for Rajesh's full recovery and return to normal life. In his note, Prathap stated that it has been two weeks since Rajesh's family and friends have been waiting for him in front of the ICU, and that they are unable to wait any longer. He also stated that, as per doctor's advice, the voices of those, including Mohanlal and Suresh Gopi, are being played to help bring Rajesh back to consciousness.

We have been waiting for Rajesh for two weeks. In this time, many people who waited outside this ICU have gone home smiling as their loved ones recovered. But our dear friend still lies there in the freezing cold, with his eyes closed. Doctors asked us to keep playing the voices he loves. Lalettan, Sureshettan, SKN, Suraj and many others have already sent voice messages. More have promised to send. Kind-hearted nurses in the ICU also play recordings of Rajesh’s anchoring shows and songs whenever possible.

People from all across the world are calling and messaging, enquiring about his health. We're sorry, we are not able to reply to everyone on time. But your prayers and love have helped him this far. 47-year-old Rajesh collapsed last week during an event at a hotel in Kochi and was rushed to a nearby private hospital. He later underwent angioplasty following the cardiac arrest. Rajesh Keshav is a well-known television anchor familiar to Malayali audiences, having hosted several popular reality and game shows. He has also acted in films, including Beautiful, Trivandrum Lodge, Hotel California, Neena, and Thattumpurath Achuthan.
