KOCHI: Activist and public speaker Rahul Easwar reacted to the arrest of actress Minu Muneer on Tuesday. Police arrested Minu on Tuesday over the defamation complaint filed by veteran actor Balachandra Menon. The actress, arrested by the Kochi Infopark Cyber ​​Police, was later released on bail.

“Minu Muneer has finally been arrested. Just don’t forget how many men she tried to incriminate using false rape charges. People like her, going berserk with intentions to hound men, should expect this kind of backlash at some point in life," said Rahul Easwar on Facebook.

Meanwhile, the court closed the proceedings in the case related to the complaint filed by Minu Muneer against Balachandra Menon. As part of this, the court issued a notice to the complainant actress. The police submitted the final report stating that there is no evidence for the allegations against Balachandra Menon.

The actress had earlier complained that Menon tried to sexually abuse her inside a hotel in Thiruvananthapuram almost a decade back.
