NEW DELHI: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been selected as the most popular leader in the world with 78 percent of votes in a survey conducted by Morning Consult, a US-based consulting firm. Modi has topped the global leader approval survey. The survey was conducted from January 26 to 31, 2023.
Modi has topped US President Joe Biden, French President Emmanuel Macron and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. The Morning Consult survey was conducted in 22 countries. Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador and Swiss President Alain Berset are right behind Modi in the survey.
