'Trying a new forte in thriller': Priyadarshan's 'corona papers' first look here

Ace director Priyadarshan experienced a tumultuous time post the release of his magnum opus Marakkar featuring Mohanlal as the titular character. The film opened to mixed to negative reviews and was fodder for trolls and many contrarian film critics to do their bellow act. However, the director is back again in his fiefdom and is roping in young talents Shane Nigam and Shine Tom Chacko in his next Malayalam movie titled “ Corona Papers”.The first look poster of the movie is here, which is the Malayalam remake of the Tamil hit penned by director Sriganesh. Priyadarshan produces the movie through his banner four frames.

N M Badhusha is the executive producer of the film. After a rousing victory of 'nna than case kodu', actor Gayatri returns as the female protagonist in the film. Priyadarshan earlier mentioned embarking further from his staple comedy genre and trying a new forte in thrillers. The film has a formidable cast to boast, while the cinematography is helmed by Priyadarshan frequenter Diavakar S Mani.
