KSRTC salary distribution in instalments; CITU held discussion with Transport minister, will not conduct strike till 15th

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CITU informed that they will not conduct strike in KSRTC salary distribution issue till 15th of this month. The response was after a discussion with the Transport Minister. Minister Antony Raju and CITU leaders discussed the decision to distribute monthly salary in installments. CITU's response was that the discussion was beneficial.

CITU leaders will meet on 14th and 15th of this month. After that, they will gain have a discussion with the Transport minister on the 18th. There will be no strike until the 15th. But KSRTC Employees Association Secretary S Vinod informed that the strike was postponed not on the basis of discussion.
