BENGALURU: Congress promises to give Rs 3000 per month to unemployed graduates in Karnataka. Congress is gearing up for elections in Karnataka by announcing several schemes including this. 1500 each for unemployed diploma holders. Congress is also offering free electricity up to 200 units.

A scheme to provide assistance to unemployed youth was announced under the name Yuvanidhi. If Congress comes to power, the scheme will be implemented immediately.
