THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Lady bus conductor who removed a student from the bus for handing torn currency notes is still under the safe shelter of KSRTC. A department-level investigation has started three days before and to date, the conductor is missing. After the issue went viral, the student was asked to make an identification of the conductor. One suspected lady conductor was asked to reach the police station but the student couldn't confirm his doubts. The lady during the incident wore a mask which proved difficult for the student to identify.

The incident happened on Monday at noon when an eighth-standard student was dumped from the bus for giving torn currency notes. The issue went viral and the KSRTC vigilance started an investigation. According to the charts, there are only five daily services available on the route where the incident happened. So it is no herculean task to identify the conductor, but the KSRTC is still searching in the labyrinth to cloud the issue. Accusations are also plenty about the union and the workers helping in favor of the conductor. Certain factions have already taken up social media to advocate the misdeed of the lady conductor.
