Flashing at women is Arshad's weakness; man arrested for flashing at woman in Kasargod

KASARGOD: A youth has been arrested for flashing at a woman in Kasargod. The arrested person has been identified as Kasargod Poodamkallu native Arshad (34). The incident took place at Kottancherry when the woman was walking after getting down from a bus.

Arshad used to sell fruits in a goods autorickshaw in Kanhangad town. He was earlier booked under sections of the POCSO Act for flashing at students who were returning from school.

The incident in Kasargod took place a day after a Kozhikode native youth was arrested for sexually harassing a woman inside a bus. Kozhikode Kayakkody native Savad has been remanded for 14 days. Although Savad tried to flee from the bus, he was chased and caught by the locals and the employees of the bus.
