'Jail them at least for ten days', Muralee Thummarukuddy's Facebook post getting discussed

Muralee Thummarukudy has responded to the recurring cases of public masturbation in buses which has seen a surge in the last month. The Chief of Disaster Risk Reduction in the UN Environment Programme got into the headlines for accurately presaging events in Kerala. In textbook precision, the people of Kerala were struck in awe after every word scribbled on Facebook by Thummarukudy rolled into reality in Kerala one after the other.

However now, Muralee has decided it's high time to respond to the recurring menace of masturbation and flashing in buses. His Facebook post tells about yesterday's incident near Kannur when a woman decided to shoot a flashing incident where the culprit was a middle-aged man.

“ This uncouth practice has been taking place in Kerala for years. Nobody questioned it. The culprits mainly target young girls and women. There are many such criminals in Kerala. The women won't have the guts to complain about this. The most they can do is push and slaps in public place which never bothers such criminals. Such ladies who are victims of these events will gradually show aversion to sexuality and develop fear even if any sexual approach is made by their partners. The trauma stays with them. It is highly needed for our government to ratchet up a plan to halt this crime from running unfettered in Kerala. If such people are jailed for at least ten days, it will be a big solace for the ladies in the state. I have written about this far before and it is just dross repeating it often if the government still sits inactive.”
