Jose, Jaya, Jagan; trio under custody for drug case

PARAVUR: 21.2 kg ganja was seized from a rented house and three persons including a woman were arrested. One person is absconding. Jose from Paravur, his wife Jaya, and Jagan Baiju from Muvatupuzha were the ones arrested by Paravur Range Excise Inspector Thomas Devasi and his party. Shefik, who smuggled the ganja, is absconding.

The inspector was accompanied by Assistant Excise Inspector K Biju, Preventive Officers K G Vijunath, NC Sajeev, Civil Excise Officers Shine, Sreekumar, Ratheesh, Suresh MR, Nikhil Krishna, Woman Civil Excise Officer Neeraja and Excise Driver Sanju.
