Man in mask attempts to sexually abuse 22-year-old woman in Kuttiady; flees when she bit hand

KOZHIKODE: A man tried to sexually abuse a woman after barging into her house at midnight. The attack was towards a 22-year-old married woman at Kakkat in Kuttiady. The door from the terrace was not locked and he entered the house through it.

He attacked the woman who was sleeping in the bedroom. She bit his hand and he immediately ran from the place. The man could not be identified as he was wearing a mask. The woman said that she will file a complaint with the Kuttiadi police. The woman's husband is in the Gulf. Only she and her mother-in-law were at home at the time of the incident.
