Milma products to hit Lulu hypermarkets in the Gulf

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (KCMF-MILMA) and Lulu Group International have inked an MoU to distribute Milma products in Gulf regions through Lulu Hypermarkets. The MoU was formally signed by KCMMF Managing Director Asif K Yusuf and Lulu Group Director Salim MA with the presence of Yusuf Ali and Milma Chairman KS Mani.

In the beginning, Milma will offer ghee, premium dark chocolate, golden milk mix powder (health drink), instant paneer butter masala and palada payasam mix. KS Mani stated that Milma has shifted its focus towards value-added products because they've realized that relying solely on milk and curd won't be economically sustainable. Milma's goal is to satisfy customers and improve the livelihood of farmers, as noted by KS Mani. Asif K Yusuf anticipates a turnover of one thousand crore rupees within two years through this collaboration with Lulu Group. Lulu Group Chairman MA Yousaf Ali expressed that the state's industrial environment is quite favourable.
