Students should bring one kg of sugar for Arts Festival; headmistress issues order

KOZHIKODE: The headmistress of a school in Kozhikode has issued an order directing students to bring one kilogram of sugar each for the upcoming Revenue District Arts Festival. The order in this regard was issued by the headmistress of the St Francis English Medium High School in Perambra, Kozhikode.

The notice states that children should bring one kg of sugar or Rs 40 when they come to school as part of the collection of resources for the Arts Festival. It is also stated in the notice that the direction to bring sugar was issued as per the demand of the Education Department.

The headmistress has sent a notice to the parents asking them to bring one kilogram of sugar or Rs.40. The Revenue District Arts Festival will be held in Perambra on December 3.
