Youth Congress state chief Rahul Mamkootathil mocked relaxing Rs 515 to a person who sought a loan waiver of Rs 4 lakh from the Co-operative Bank. Rahul sarcastically said should buy a flat and a car with that money. Also, Rahul described the accounts of the money the complainant is likely to spend when reached Nava Kerala Sadas.
