PM Modi shares pics of his snorkeling adventure in Lakshadweep, thank people for their hospitality

KAVARATTI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi seems to have enjoyed his visit to the Union Territory of Lakshadweep as he took to social media to share pictures of the amazing underwater views from his snorkeling experience. He also said that early morning walks along the beach were moments of pure bliss.

Modi came to Lakshadweep to inaugurate development projects worth more than Rs 1150 crores. Along with the photo, the Prime Minister emphasised the tranquility of the region, describing it as mesmerising and said it gave him an opportunity to reflect on how to work even harder for the welfare of 140 crore Indians.

Modi spoke to the people of Agathi, Bangaram and Kavarathi. He thanked them for their hospitality and described it as a rich journey of learning and growth.

“Recently, I had the opportunity to be among the people of Lakshadweep. I am still in awe of the stunning beauty of its islands and the incredible warmth of its people. I had the opportunity to interact with people in Agatti, Bangaram and Kavaratti. I thank the people of the islands for their hospitality. Here are some glimpses, including aerial glimpses from Lakshadweep...," PM Modi said in a post on X.
