KASARGOD: BJP state president K Surendran said that Kerala has started giving back to vote bank politics. Speaking at a press conference held in connection with the Kerala Padayatra, Surendran said that Kerala will no longer accept the stance of trampling on the majority communities.

"The people of Kerala do not agree with left and right fronts. Kerala has rejected the stance taken by both fronts regarding the Prana Pratishta in Ayodhya. Malayalis stood with Shri Rama. The general public observed Prana Pratishtha Day with rituals in temples and homes. Both LDF and UDF faced a setback as NSS, SNDP and Dheevara Sabha lit Ramajyoti on January 22. Even the religious minorities welcomed the Prana Pratishtha. The cultural world and the film industry supported Prana Pratishtha. Kerala is preparing for a political change. The Kerala Padayatra is a preparation for that," Surendran said.
