Operation Belur Magna: Holiday declared for educational institutions on Tuesday

MANANTHAVADY: The District Collector of Wayanad has announced a holiday for educational institutions in the context of the progress of Operation Belur Magna and the presence of the wild elephant. District Collector Renu Raj announced a holiday for all educational institutions in Thirunelly panchayat of Wayanad district and educational institutions in Kurukkanmoola, Kuruva, Kaadamkolli and Payyampally divisions of Mananthavady municipality.

Strict caution has been issued to the people of the area due to the presence of the wild elephant.
