‘He doesn't even hesitate to kill, will touch body as part of training'; former student against Karate master

MALAPPURAM: A former student has come forward with some revelations against her Karate master arrested over the death of a17-year-old girl in Edavannapara. She revealed that her master Siddique Ali had constantly abused her sexually during karate classes. She said that he used to touch her body saying that it was part of the training.

He abuses children from the age of eight. She said that when he crossed the limit, she stopped her classes and lodged a complaint against him. However, she had to withdraw the complaint following threats from him. The girl told a media that she knows the girl who died in Edavannapara and the ordeals she faced and that Siddique Ali would not even hesitate to kill her.

Siddique Ali has been remanded by the Manjeri POCSO court. He was arrested by the Vazhakkad police on the complaint of the girl’s family for sexually abusing her. Siddique Ali was remanded in another POCSO case earlier.

The body of a plus one student, who went missing from her home on Monday evening, was found 100 meters away in the Chaliyar. The body did not have any clothes when found. A top and a shawl were later found during the search conducted by the divers.
