Ambulance drivers duped by fake accident alert, move to file case against fake call

THRISSUR: Ambulance drivers complained that they received a fake phone call that a bus had overturned into the river. According to the drivers, six ambulances reached the spot after receiving a message that the bus had overturned in the river in Kecheri. The drivers say that they will file a complaint with the police.

The fake message received on the phone was that the bus overturned in the Kecheri river and many people were injured. The fake message was circulated on Monday afternoon. Due to this, ambulances reached the spot from different places.

But when they reached the spot, they realized that there was no accident and the message was fake, and the ambulance drivers decided to proceed with the complaint.
