Woman running garment business found hanging inside her shop in Cherthala

ALAPPUZHA: A woman who owned a garment business in Cherthala has been found dead inside her shop. The deceased Raji, is the owner of a clothing business called Ladella near Cherthala's X-ray junction. Her husband Ram Mahesh hails from 21st Ward in Thanneermukkam. Reportedly, Raji took her own life last night after a family quarrel.

Meera, a student in Bengaluru, is her only daughter. After the woman did not come home, her husband went to the shop and found her hanging inside. The police arrived and took further action. After the inquest, the body was shifted to Alappuzha Medical College Hospital Mortuary.
