'Brilliant, my favourite scene from Premalu'; SS Rajamouli asks Naslen to reenact scene

Making theatres guffaw with the slapstick humour and entering the rare 100 crore club from Mollywood, team ‘Premalu’ is definitely on cloud nine. Akin to ‘Manjummel Boys’ amazing run in Tamil Nadu box office, ‘Premalu’ is running packed theatres in Andhra Pradesh.

The film now dubbed into Telugu has now gone into a rave and has been accepted well. SS Rajamoulis son Karthikeya got the rights for the film in Telugu and recently the team conducted a success-meet at Ramanaidu studios where Rajamouli himself appeared showering praise on Malayalam cinema.

While adulating the crew and his special liking for the character ‘Aadhi’ from the movie, the Bahubali director took time to emphasise the best scene in the film according to him. It was the scene which took place at the fag end of the film where actor Naslen gives a nonchalant gesture waving his hands to the female lead, despite his character suffering a heartbreak.

On the stage, Rajamouli requested actor Naslen to reenact the scene. Rajamouli asked Naslen to explain the scene to which the actor said it was just conveyed a ‘Hi’.

“It looked more than a 'Hi'. What a talented actor you are” Rajamouli commented.
