Unni Mukundan starrer ‘Jai Ganesh’ is set to hit theatres this month. Unni Mukundan has recently shared that his perspective on life has shifted after working on this film. He emphasized that he no longer finds himself inclined to complain. Unni Mukundan made these remarks during an interview with the media.

He also revealed how he became an actor even though he wanted to join the army. Unni Mukundan clarified that he only had a desire and did not have the attitude to make it come true. He expressed deep reverence for the armed forces, stating, "I have tremendous respect for the army." He also emphasized his belief that any political involvement should be in service of the nation.

The actor expressed solidarity with those who work for the betterment of the country, asserting, "Whoever does good for the country, count me in." Responding to a query about his potential entry into politics, the actor expressed openness, suggesting that if an opportunity arose to contribute to the nation, he would consider it. He stressed that politics should be viewed as a form of social service. Unni Mukundan revealed in the interview that his favourite politician in Kerala is Shafi, who is also a friend.
