PCB sends Pak cricketers for military drills at army camp; visuals are out

ISLAMABAD: The video footage of the Pakistan cricket team led by captain Babar Azam undergoing military drills at an army camp in Pakistan is going viral on social media. The cricketers underwent training at the Army School of Physical Training in Kakul for two weeks. It was the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) that organised the training.

The videos shared on social media show the Pakistani cricketers undergoing rigorous training at the army camp. The video surfaced at a time when controversy was brewing over the PCB's action over restoring Babar Azam as the team's white-ball captain after dismissing pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi as captain.

Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, Saim Ayub, Haseebullah Khan, Saud Shakeel, Mohammad Haris, Salman Ali Agha, Azam Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Irfan Khan, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim, Usama Mir, Mohammad Nawaz, Mehran Mumtaz, Abrar Ahmed, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah, Muhammad Abbas Afridi, Hasan Ali, Mohammad Ali, Zaman Khan, Mohammad Wasim Jr., Aamir Jamal, Haris Rauf and Mohammad Amir participated in the military training.
