Rajasthan gang-rape survivor files complaint against magistrate for alleged misconduct during testimony

NEW DELHI: A gang-rape victim has filed a complaint against a magistrate in Rajasthan. Allegedly, the judicial magistrate, Ravindra Kumar of Hindaun City, instructed the Dalit woman survivor to remove her clothes during her testimony on March 30. Despite her refusal, Kumar insisted, stating he needed to examine her injuries. The woman's refusal led to an FIR being filed against the magistrate by the Rajasthan Police.
