Two youths arrested with MDMA in Wayanad during vehicle inspection

KALPETTA: Two youths were arrested with 1.13 grams of MDMA in Kenichira in Wayanad. The arrested persons are Irulam native Abhiram Mohan (19) and Moodakkolli native Muhammed Rasheed (21). It was the Kenichira police who arrested the two. Police have also seized the car in which they were travelling.

The two were arrested during a vehicle inspection carried out by the police at Paalakkutty within the limits of the Kenichira police station yesterday night. The accused were arrested by a team consisting of Senior Civil Police Officer Rakesh, Civil Police Officers Mahesh and Suni under the leadership of Kenichira SHO TG Dileep Kumar. The accused were produced in the court and remanded.
