THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala is likely to receive isolated summer rain for the next three days. A yellow alert has been sounded in Kozhikode, Wayanad and Kannur districts tomorrow.

In the next three days, the maximum temperature may reach 39 degrees in Palakkad district, 38 degrees in Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kannur districts and 37 degrees in Kollam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Ernakulam and Kasaragod districts.

There is a possibility of high waves along the Kerala coast and south Tamil Nadu coast today and tomorrow as part of the 'Kallakkadal' phenomenon. Fishermen and coastal residents should exercise caution.
