Why waste money on AC? Young man's innovation uses fridge to cool interior

In response, many are resorting to alternative methods to beat the heat, such as planting vegetables on their terrace. Recently, a video of a young man using a fridge and a cooler to cool his interior went viral on social media.

The young man, whose house is sheeted, is seen lying comfortably on a cloth on the ground in the video. When asked how he stays cool in the scorching heat, he points to the open fridge behind the cooler explaining that the cold air from the fridge circulates through the cooler, cooling the entire room.

The video, titled "How a refrigerator works as an AC," has garnered over two million views on X. While some praise the innovation as a cost-effective alternative to traditional AC, others criticize it, fearing potential damage to the fridge.

Nonetheless, many argue that this method provides relief for those unable to afford AC units.
