THRISSUR: After being released from jail, the gang leader who organized the 'Aavesham' movie-inspired party was taken into custody and later released on station bail. Anup, with a criminal background, was found in a peculiar situation and was released after being detained as a precautionary measure. The police gathered a comprehensive statement from Anoop regarding the party. Kerala Kaumudi reported yesterday that the gang leader was taken into custody.
The police discovered that individuals accused in a murder case also attended the party. It has been reported that individuals implicated in a ganja case were present, though they remain at large. Additionally, an investigation is underway to determine if those charged under KAAPA were involved. The police stated that the gangsters arranged the party to celebrate Anoop's release from jail. However, Anup insists that he hosted a gathering to commemorate his father's passing, where he provided food to his friends. The event took place in the fields of Kuttur near Thrissur city and involved the participation of various notorious gangsters.
Anoop was warmly welcomed by his friends, who recorded the festivities before the Lok Sabha elections in April and shared them on social media. The footage featured the popular dialogue 'Eda Mone' from the movie 'Aavesham' and was widely circulated.
