Janhvi Kapoor says she snuck in a boy into her room, was caught by father Boney Kapoor

Janhvi Kapoor, actor and daughter of late Bollywood actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, is one of the most popular Bollywood celebrities. A good part of her fans are youngsters and her social media posts get immediate attention. The actress made her debut through the film 'Dhadak' released in 2018.

Recently, in an interview with YouTube channel Mashable India, the actor shared a story why her father put bars on her window, which is now widely discussed on social media. Jhanvi revealed that once she sneaked in a boy into her room without the family's knowledge and her father Boney Kapoor discovered it.

“I snuck someone in once and I didn’t want to let them out the front door so I asked them to jump. My car was there. It was a tall car, it was a Lexus. So I just said that jump onto the car and just roll over. He did. And Dad saw it on the CCTV camera anyway. And he was like ‘what are you doing?’ That’s when he put this grill outside my room so no one could jump in and out,” Janhvi said with a smile.

But the actress did not reveal the boy's name. She also said that her father Boney Kapoor once jumped out of a hotel window to see her mother Sridevi before their marriage.
