Everyone likes ice cream that comes in different flavours. One of the main highlights of ice cream is the sweetness as well as the coldness. But have you ever heard of ice cream that's so cold and spicy? Not just any spicy, but with a spiciness of about 1,569,300 Scoville scale units. Its name is "Respiro del Diavolo" or "Devil's Breath."

A typical spicy piri piri chili has a spiciness range of 50,000-175,000 Scoville scale units. Devil's Breath ice cream is prepared using one of the hottest chilies in the world, the Carolina Reaper. The makers of this ice cream are Aldwych Cafe and Ice Cream Parlor in Glasgow, Scotland.

This ice cream is sold only to those above 18 years of age due to its extreme spiciness. You must first sign a waiver stating that if anything happens after eating the ice cream, you are solely responsible and not the restaurant.

The recipe for Respiro del Diavolo ice cream is secret. Introduced for the first time in 2018, this ice cream scoop is priced up to Rs 235. Some people who have tried the ice cream say that those who are not used to spicy foods should not go near this ice cream. Some of those who ate the ice cream were said to have suffered from fainting to panic attacks. It has been described as the most dangerous ice cream in the world.
