BENGALURU: Ice cream is a food item that is loved by children and adults alike. But recently, a video of several regional ice cream companies making unhygienic ice cream has gone viral on social media. Now the ordeal of a doctor in Bengaluru is being discussed on social media.

They had ordered Amul ice cream through the app 'Zepto'. After getting the ice cream, when I was about to eat it, saw an oily frothy liquid on one side of the bowl. Immediately she shared about it on her X page. A picture of the ice cream has also been posted.

'I wonder what Amul has been adding to their ice creams lately. I ordered Amul's vanilla gold flavored ice cream through an app called 'Zepto'. When I opened the container of ice cream, I saw an oily foam near it. 'Zepto' authorities did not keep this ice cream in the freezer', said Dr. Nandita Iyer on her X page.
