Trump responded that the case was fabricated. He said that he is innocent. Trump told media that this is John Biden's move to face his political opponent. Biden's election committee has responded that no one is above the law.

This is the first time in history that a criminal case has come against a former President of the United States. The case is that Porn star Stormy Daniels was paid 1,30,000 dollars (over one crore rupees) to silence the illicit relationship, and for this, business documents were falsified. Stormy was paid through a lawyer of Trump. Trump and Stormy Daniels met in 2006 during a golf tournament at Lake Tahoe Golf Course in Nevada. At that time, Trump was working in the real estate sector.

During the 2016 election, Stormy tried to cash in on an affair with Trump. The National Enquirer, a tabloid owned by a friend of Trump, knew Stormy's move. The newspaper owner then put Stormy in touch with Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen.

Stormy's book ‘Full Disclosure’ contains details of her relationship with Trump. It says that she had sex with Trump. Stormy was 27 at the time and Trump was 60. Stormy described the most unsatisfactory sex in her life. Description of Trump's body is also included in the book. A picture of the two had also surfaced.

Meantime, the US presidential election is only five months away. Trump is on the race again from the Republican Party against Biden. In this situation, the court has found him guilty. However, the court order is not against him contesting.
