Chief Justice AJ Desai to retire on Friday

KOCHI: High Court Chief Justice Ashish Jitendra Desai will retire from service on Friday. He will be given a full court reference in the High Court at 3.30 tomorrow. Justice A Muhammad Mushtaq, Advocate General K Gopalakrishna Kurup and Kerala High Court Advocates Association President Yashwant Shenoy will speak at the ceremony that will be held in the Chief Justice's court. Justice Desai, a native of Vadodara, took charge as Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court on July 22, 2023.
