High Court orders strict action against officials misusing government seals and boards on vehicles

KOCHI: High Court to take strict action against officials who illegally use government seals and boards on vehicles. Flash light should be used only in emergency situations even in emergency vehicles. All this creates complications in crowded places like Sabarimala. There should be a permanent solution for this.
