'Bus, tuition centre, hospital'; Detailed route map of 14-year-old died of Nipah out, central team in Malappuram

MALAPPURAM: The health department has released the detailed route map of the 14-year-old who died of Nipah. The health department has advised those who have been to the places on the new route map to inform the Nipah control room. Although a preliminary route map was prepared earlier, a detailed route map was released after the death of the child.

A 14-year-old native of Pandikkad, Malappuram, died yesterday morning at 10.50 in a critical condition. The situation worsened when he suffered a heart attack at 10.50 am.

Minister Veena George said in a press conference that there is no situation to worry about and preventive measures are being intensified. The minister added that the ICMR team has reached the spot.

Route map

On July 11, at 6.50 am, he boarded a private bus called CPB from Chemprassery bus stop. Between 7.18 and 8.30 at Bright Tuition Centre, Pandikkad.

Went to Dr Vijayan Clinic on July 12, at 7.50 in the morning and back home by auto.

On the morning of July 13, went to the PKM hospital. Children's OP (9. 50 to 10.15), Casualty (8.30 to 8.45), Observation Room (8.45 to 9.50), Children's OP (9.50 to 10.15), Canteen (10.15 to 10.30).
