MALAPPURAM: The health department has released the detailed route map of the 14-year-old who died of Nipah. The health department has advised those who have been to the places on the new route map to inform the Nipah control room. Although a preliminary route map was prepared earlier, a detailed route map was released after the death of the child.
A 14-year-old native of Pandikkad, Malappuram, died yesterday morning at 10.50 in a critical condition. The situation worsened when he suffered a heart attack at 10.50 am.
Minister Veena George said in a press conference that there is no situation to worry about and preventive measures are being intensified. The minister added that the ICMR team has reached the spot.
