Man stabs wife and ten-year-old son, taken into custody

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Umesh, a youth stabbed his wife and ten-year-old son to death at Pongumoodu, Thiruvananthapuram. Anjana (39), a resident of Babuji Nagar, Pongumoodu and her son Aryan were stabbed.

The preliminary conclusion is that family problem is the motive behind the crime. Umesh himself took his wife and son to the hospital. The stab wounds are not serious. The suspect was taken into police custody.
