‘Returning after ending search, apologizes to Arjun’s family’; not to return to Shirur again, says Malpe

SHIRUR: Diving expert Eshwar Malpe said the search for Arjun of Kozhikode, who went missing in the landslide at Shirur in Karnataka, is being ended. Malpe said he is ending the search as the police and the administration are not cooperating.

Malpe and his team are returning after being denied permission to search underwater. Will not come to Shirur again and is returning to Uduppi. Apologising to Arjun's family. They said not to be a hero too much. They said not to share the information with anyone. Malpe said that he will return only if the district administration requests it through a letter.

The search is conducted using the dredger brought from Karwar.
