Actor Prayaga Martin arrives for quizzing in Ernakulam south police station

KOCHI: Earlier on Thursday, police had questioned actor Sreenath Bhasi over the DJ party case and the associated drug deals surrounding gangster Om Prakash. And now, actor Prayaga Martin, suspected to have visited Om Prakash in his hotel room, appeared for questioning at Ernakulam south police station on Thursday evening.

Actor Sreenath Bhasi appeared at the Maradu police station in connection with the drug case at 11.45 am on Thursday. He and actress Prayaga were earlier served police notices to report for questioning at 10 am. It is reported that the actor has denied drug use and claimed not knowing Om Prakash. Earlier, notorious goon Thammanam Faisal was questioned by police after the forensic report of Om Prakash’s phone showed Faisal’s name in the recent call list. Brahmapuram native Alsohy K Peter, and his wife Sneha Elizabeth who reached the hotel room were also questioned.

The chemical analysis lab report will be soon submitted to the court. It is rumoured that the report favours the police as there have been traces of drugs busted from Om Prakshs’s hotel room. Police are reiterating it as a drug party organised by Om Prakash and friends which had many elite visitors.
