Two arrested in Idukki and Ottapalam with over 4 kg of ganja seized

IDUKKI: A native of West Bengal was arrested with 2.1 kg ganja in Thodupuzha. Istam Sarkar was arrested. Idukki Excise Enforcement & Anti-Narcotics Special Squad Circle Inspector Mithinlal R.P. led the case.

Excise Inspector Vijayakumar S B, Assistant Excise Inspector (Grade) Nebu AC, Preventive Officer (Grade) Sijumon, Civil Excise Officers Albin Jose, Justin Joseph, Ajith TJ, Civil Excise Officer of Thodupuzha Excise Range Office were present in the party. Abin Shaji also participated.

Mohammad Sagir Ansari and Mohammad Amir Ansari, natives of Jharkhand, were arrested after 2.079 kg of ganja was seized at Ottapalam. They were caught by Ottapalam Excise Range Inspector A. Vipindas and his party.
