HYDERABAD: Bangladesh suffered a humiliating defeat in the T20I series as well. The visitors lost the third match of the series by 133 runs. Bangladesh were bundled out for 164 in reply to India's 297-run knock, thanks to a brilliant century by Sanju Samson 111(47).

Bangladesh had only one option in front of them, to attack and play to meet the huge target. However, opener Parvez Hossain Emon was dismissed for 0(1) off the very first ball. Towhid Hridoy was top-scored with 63* (42). Apart from him, only wicket-keeper Liton Das remained in good form on 42 (25).
Tanzid Hasan Tamim 15(12), and captain Najmul Hossain Shanto 14(11) dissapointed. Mahmudullah Riyad, who played his last T20 International, was dismissed for just eight runs. For India, Ravi Bishnoi took three wickets. Mayank Yadav took two wickets while Washington Sundar and Nitish Reddy took one wicket each.
Sanju Samson top-scored for India with 111 runs (47) in the first innings. Sanju's innings contained 11 fours and eight sixes. Captain Suryakumar Yadav was very supportive of the Malayalee player. Surya scored 75 runs off 35 balls with the help of eight fours and five sixes. The duo added 173 runs off 79 balls for the second wicket.
Riyan Parag 34(13) and Hardik Pandya 47(18) took control of the attack after Surya and Sanju were dismissed. All those who took the ball in the Bangladesh line-up were seen attacked. It was only when two wickets fell in the last over that Bangladesh were able to stop India from reaching the 300-run mark. India made the balls cross the boundary 47 times in 20 overs with the help of 22 sixes and 25 fours.
