Her recommendations are reportedly being considered by the Russian government.

There has been a significant reduction in population in Russia as a result of the continuing war with Ukraine. A severe financial crisis is also plaguing the government. The birth rate dropped from 2.1 to 1.5. Following this, Putin suggested that people should increase their sexual intercourse and give birth to more children, according to English media Metro.
