Two youths killed in bus-scooter collision in Alappuzha

ALAPPUZHA: Two youths were killed when a KSRTC superfast bus collided with their scooter. The two dead are Murukesh and Sivakumar of Kanjikuzhy Ayiramthai in the district. The accident happened early Monday morning at 5 am near Thanky Kavala on the national highway in Cherthala.

The youths died on the spot itself. The two, natives of Tamil Nadu were painting workers. Murukesh has been living in the 11th ward in Kanjikuzhy panchayat for years. The bodies have been shifted to the hospital.
