'Only parliamentary constituency with two MPs'; "I will come back," Priyanka Gandhi announces in Malayalam

BATHERY: 'I will come back,' Wayanad UDF candidate Priyanka Gandhi announced in Malayalam. Priyanka said this while looking at the crowd that had gathered at Thiruvambady to see her despite heavy rains. Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi participated in the roadshow in Bathery as part of the 'Kalashakottu'. "Wayanad will be the only parliamentary constituency with two MPs and together we will raise our voice for Wayanad," Rahul Gandhi said. Hundreds of activists participated in the roadshow from Assumption Junction to Chungam.

"You accepted me like a family member. If I win the election, if I am able to represent you, it will be a great honour for me. I will work hard for you. We will always be indebted to you for the love you gave me during my brother's most critical time. Right now you have given me so much love. I travelled across Wayanad and met farmers, MGNREGA workers and Adivasis. I'm understanding the problems you're facing. I see Wayanad as the best place in India. Wayanad is a land of natural beauty, love and brotherhood. You are my brothers and sisters. I will be here as much as I can," Priyanka said.
