BENGALURU: A video of a youth begging in Jayanagar, one of the busiest areas of Bengaluru, is going viral on social media. The video is that of a techie, who claims to have taken his MS from Frankfurt, Germany and being worked in a prominent company in Bengaluru, was found begging on the busy streets in Bengaluru. The video has drawn widespread attention on social media.

Sharath Yuvaraj, an Instagram user, shared the video of the techie on social media. The techie was seen wearing a red T-shirt and was in an untidy state. In the video, Sharath is seen asking him for information and the techie is answering in English. When Sharath asks him what his qualifications are, he replied that he is an engineer and had taken MS from Frankfurt. He was working at Mind Tree in Global Village. He claimed that he started drinking after losing his parents and longtime girlfriend. Sharath said that he is now spending his life begging on the streets.

In the video, he spoke about Albert Einstein’s theories, philosophical works by David Hume, science, meditation, etc. Sharath shared a video on social media, noting that he refused help when he offered. Sharath shared on social media that he could not see the techie later and that he would approach the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner and Jayanagar Police for help. Many people came forward with comments on the video shared by Sharath. Many people commented that the techie, who is begging, now needs mental support and that they are ready to help.
