VARANASI: A major fire broke out in the parking area of a railway station in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi. Around 200 two-wheelers were destroyed in the fire. Around 12 fire engines, railway police, RPF and local police took about two hours to douse the fire. The fire was noticed around 11 pm last night. The initial conclusion is that a short circuit is the cause of the accident. Along with the bikes, bicycles were also gutted in the fire. Most of the vehicles belong to railway employees. There are no casualties. Officials said an investigation was underway.
